Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Think its important to keep the wall of street frontage in tact.
  • The size of the lot would not even make it functional for parking.
  • Did it go through the sherriff sale process?
  • Do you have any photos of the second floor, front elevation?  Or photos unobstructed by the tree?
  • Don't necessarily see the future of this building being commercial, but perhaps may find use as an artist space.
  • Would really like to retain and preserve the street wall.

 

 

Marcia Nolan, Dir. of Real Estate Dev. for SCSDC, is available to comment on the case.  Per MN, it is very hard to find people with interest in this building.
